From the pamphlet of Camp Silver Belle 1943, at Camp Silver Belle, Ephrata, Pennsylvania
Photographs taken at different stages of Silver Belle's complete Materialization notice the Medium Ethel Post-Parrish who is in deep trance is sitting in the cabinet with a curtain being drawn back [after permission had been given by the Spirit World] by the trusted helper to prove to her audience that it is not the Medium herself who is dressed up.
These photographs are grouped together here so the phenomena can be seen as it happens without having to scroll down the page.
All the genuine photographs in this seance, August 8, 1943, are taken by Mr Jack Edwards, they show the Spirit Silver Belle being produced by the Spirit World from ectoplasm by using the Medium Mrs Ethel Post Parrish as a catalyst, showing from part way [about 3/4] the gathering formation of ectoplasm, to the complete materialisation of the Spirit to human form in No 6. The curtains were kept closed up until the stage of just before photograph No1 to allow the Spirit World to build up the energies that are needed for this particular Medium to produce the ectoplasm for the materialisation of the human form.
Mrs. Parrish who is in a very deep trance is sitting in the cabinet, which is in the building in the Camp Silver Belle, [the camp or complex was named after the Guide of Mrs. Parrish, "Spirit Silver Belle". The camp to this day is still taking in visitors, in USA].
No1. Ectoplasm being produced through Mrs Parrish coming from the cabinet and on the outside of it the Spirit World are forming an upright mound/column.
No 2. Ectoplasm still unformed but beginning to solidify at the base of the mound/column, the feet area.
No 3. Ectoplasm still hazy and scattered. Features may be faintly seen at the top, at the bottom the ectoplasm is becoming more solid.
No 4. Spirit form getting more solid, the tassel on Silver Belles robe beginning to show.
No 5. Ectoplasm a bottom is solid, tassel and cord showing plainly; ectoplasm at the top beginning to show formation.
No 6. Behold a formation of the beautiful Spirit Guide Silver Belle.
No 7. After Mr. Edwards had taken 6 Photographs, Silver Belle asked him to take another one as she was fully materialised. Then because he was taking a little too long loading the unexpected extra plate into the camera, she said in an urgent voice, "Be quick before I go Uncle Jack". You can plainly see the reason for it, she is starting to de-materialize at the base of the ectoplasm near the floor. Mrs Parrish's link with the Spirit World and the energy was at that time diminishing.
At this period in time the Spirit Silver Belle was a very regular visitor to the seances of Mrs Parrish.
